Study the culture of the Kingdom of God by looking at the angels. The most beautiful posture of an angel is not one of power, but of kneeling before the throne of God in adoration. Though mighty and glorious, they never exalt themselves. They remain humble in the presence of the King, waiting in worship until his command is given.
This is the spirit we see reflected in Matthew 13. Even at the final harvest, the angels do not act on their own. The Son of Man sends them at the appointed time, and they obey without hesitation. Their humility is expressed not only in what they do, but in their willingness to wait.
The Kingdom of God is marked not by self-assertion but by adoration, humility, and obedience. Before we are sent to serve, we must first learn to kneel before the King.
